Our Mission
Statement:
Mexico is a great destination for a road trip,
but your Mexican road trip can quickly become an unpleasant experience
if you are involved in auto related loss. Adventure Mexican Insurance
dedicates all of our energy to providing our customers with the highest
quality Mexican insurance in order to make your experience as smooth as
possible in the event that you have an insurance claim.
We have designed our insurance programs to provide the types of
coverage and services we want for ourselves while we are driving in Mexico.
Some of these coverages include:
The option to repair your vehicle in the US (some companies require
that you repair your car in Mexico!)
Medical Evacuation in the event of grave illness or injury (does
not have to be vehicle related)
Plane tickets home in the event that you car is stolen or not drivable
Legal service, Road Assistance, and high limits to ensure you won't
run out of coverage
We also demand that each of our Mexican carriers deliver consistent and
professional claims service for our customers. We make sure that all of
our customers receive the level of service we would want for ourselves
in the event of a claim.
Our goal is to provide quality Mexican insurance so you can relax and
concentrate on having fun in Mexico! |

Adventure
Mexican Insurance Services has been in business since 2001. Because
all of our staff had many prior years of experience in the Mexican insurance
industry, we have been able to quickly become one of the leading providers
of Mexican insurance in the US and Canada.
Our headquarters is located in Capitola (Santa Cruz County), California.
Most people are surprised to learn that we are not located near the
US/Mexico border, but there is no need for us to be near the border
because all of our business is transacted through the internet, phone,
or in person with local customers. You don't have to be near the border
to be Mexican insurance experts! (However, all of our Mexican insurance
carriers have offices throughout Mexico to quickly serve you in the
event of a claim).

Back
in 1999, Jeff realized that providing Purchase & Print online Mexican
insurance through the internet would take a lot of the hassle out of driving
to Mexico. He also realized that most insurance people knew nothing about
computers, and most computer people knew nothing about Mexican insurance.
So Jeff took it upon himself to personally design all of the computer
software for the mexadventure.com website and our agency partner websites.
Part computer geek and part insurance expert, Jeff has been able to keep
Adventure Mexican Insurance on the cutting edge of the Mexican insurance
industry.
While not working hard for our customers, Jeff enjoys spending time with
his wife, riding his horses, scuba diving, and getting lost in Mexico. |

joined the Adventure team way back when we first started the company.
Chris has a special talent for doing just about everything at Adventure.
If you decide to call us, he is often the first person to pick up the
phone, and you will find him to be one of the most helpful people you
have ever talked to in your entire life. He also is vital in keeping the
company running like a well oiled machine.
In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, listening
to loud music, and enjoying life. |

Eriberto
joined the Adventure team a few years ago to help with our Spanish speaking
clients and insurance agency partners. Fluent in both English and Spanish
and blessed with an incredible talent for helping customers, Eriberto
has become a vital part of our company. Eriberto is also Director of Marketing
for our insurance agency partners. He drives thousands of miles per year
visiting as many of our insurance agency partners as possible (we work
with agents in almost every state in the US). If you are an insurance
agent who would like to work with us, please give Eriberto a call!
While not traveling or working, Eriberto enjoys spending time with his
wife, barbecuing with his family, and dancing on the weekends. |
