staff travels to Mexico frequently, so we are very knowledgeable about
traveling in Mexico.

staff is always available to help you over the phone from 7 AM to
at least 5:30 PM Pacific Time Monday - Friday, and we constantly check
messages or have live operators answering calls over the weekends
and after hours.

mail you a Free Map of Mexico when you purchase your insurance through
www.mexadventure.com - it is a great map!
 We
offer the most robust travel assistance package on the market that
is automatically included with your Mexican insurance policy - at
no extra charge to you! The Travel Assistance includes Medical Evacuation,
Plane Tickets Home, Rental Car, and more.
- Although
we are not the claims department (you need to contact the Mexican
insurance company to report and process your claim),
we are always here to help you if you have questions about your claim.
We personally know all of the claims department employees, so we can
easily put you in touch with the right people.

a very active role in designing the insurance products we offer our
customers. We are constantly improving and expanding the services
