Baja Road Log - Main Page

Baja Road Trip

Here is my complete Baja road log for an 18 day Baja road trip I took in February 2010 - Tijuana to Cabo San Lucas and back

This Baja road log is intended to help first time Baja travelers get a basic framework for how to plan a road trip to Baja. Perhaps it can help some seasoned Baja travelers as well. Unfortunately, my work and family situations did not allow me more than 18 days away, so this was a pretty quick trip. I would have liked to have been able to relax and stay a while longer at each location, but the clock was ticking this time. My goal was to visit the main destinations along Highway 1, and I was able to visit just about all of the most popular towns and destinations. If you are on vacation, and have the time, 30 days or more is recommended if you are traveling the entire peninsula. I do not claim to be a Baja expert, but this trip was a success, so I think I did a few things right! Hope it helps.

My Baja road log will be organized as one page per day. I will attempt to list all of my activities for that day, and the preparations that were involved.
